When Should You Learn To Play Music
A lot of people start to play musical instrument when they are young. Many parents who notice their child as being keen in music take them to music lessons so that they can learn to play musical instrument. Your parents will support you no matter what but it depends if you are willing to learn or not. Whether it is learning pianos, grand pianos, digital pianos or any other instruments it has been said in the past that if you learn to play when young then you become better with age but play regularly.
I started learning since I was 5 years old. Now at the age of 18 I am a semi professional piano player in theatres in London. I would recommend playing from early age whoever is willing to learn or to all parents make sure you take your kids to play musical instruments from when they are young. I would also suggest them to start playing with acoustic pianos as when you are perfect with acoustic you will be able to play all types of pianos and keyboards.
Famous musicians throughout the World have said they all started playing instruments from young age. For example, Eric Clapton, Shania Twain, Alicia Keys, Santana, Flash, Jon Bon Jovi, Phil Collins and many more. There is no doubt if you start playing from your childhood and keep playing it till your later teens then you will get better at playing by age.
There are people out there who are learning to play piano at the age of 20, 30 and 40 there is nothing wrong with that. If you are keen on playing and work hard regularly then you might be able to achieve what you want to achieve from playing music. You can always learn to play musical instrument no matter what age you are. Age is just a number when it comes to learning musical instrument. All I am trying to say is learning when young is better than learning when old.
